For the purpose of providing local service and support, Weldability Sif may fulfil your requirements via a local Trading Partner. A Trading Partner is an independent distributor / service centre representing the Weldability Sif product range, who are able to assist you on a same-day basis with pre- and post-sale enquiries. In order to facilitate this service, you will be required to authorise Weldability Sif to transmit your contact details to the nominated Trading Partner, when registering your user account.
Do you store any credit or debit card details on your website?
We do not store any credit or debit card details on our servers. Payment is handled via third-party providers, such as Amazon, PayPal and Shopify, and they will only save your card details if you choose to create an account.

Order Related Questions
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Various factors can impact the time it takes for an order to be delivered, however most orders are delivered in 1-2 days.
How do I obtain a Safety Data Sheet?
Our full SDS library is published on our website. Weldability Sif Distributors & Trading Partners can obtain SDS downloads from our Distributor eCommerce System.
How do I obtain Material Test Certificates?
Material Test Certificates (MTCs), to EN 10204, are available for all Weldability Sif alloy wires, electrodes, rods and tungstens that you order, and can be easily obtained within 6 months of purchase, free-of-charge. If you have a Client Login, you can search for and download your MTC from our secure portal. If you have purchased from a Weldability Sif Distributor, they can obtain an MTC on your behalf and transmit it to you. If you have ordered online via our Cart system, please request an MTC via the notes at checkout. Or, if you’ve already received your delivery, please reply to your order confirmation email and request an MTC from our team. Please note a fee may apply for test certificate requests older than 6 months from your date of purchase.
What should I do if my goods are damaged on arrival?
Weldability Sif request that all consignments are thoroughly and properly examined upon receipt, prior to you signing acceptance of delivery. Please notify any damage on the courier's consignment note, as it is difficult to rectify carrier damage if deliveries are signed for as "received in good condition". Please notify Weldability Sif of any incorrect, damaged or missing items by email to sales@weldability-sif.com, within 24 hours of receipt and we will endeavour to rectify the problem in the minimum possible time. Claims for damages accompanied by a 'clean' POD, or not advised within the 24 hour notification period, will not be upheld.
Please email details to sales@weldability-sif.com and we will provide you with a Goods Return Number (GRN). The GRN must be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging of the goods sent back to our warehouse or they may not be accepted. The GRN is valid for a period of 30 days; failure to return goods in this time may result in this authorisation expiring.
Can I get Free Shipping on 1-2 day business day deliveries over a certain amount?
The minimum order value for free shipping on 1-2 day business day delivery is £200. If the order amount is below £200 a £12 carriage charge is applied.

I can't login using my old account username and password
We have migrated all business accounts from our old website to our new website. Your username will have stayed the same unless it contained a / character, if so this has been replaced with an _ character. For example, ABC/1 would now be ABC_1. Your password will be the same as before, but you can reset it using Reset Password Request if necessary. I can't login using my newly registered Express Checkout account
Remember: before logging in you have to click the link on the email we sent to confirm your email address. Once that's done go to Login and sign in using your email as your username. When I try to login I see a message saying Google Recaptcha Failed
We use Google Recaptcha to prevent automated login attempts. Sometimes it can be overly protective and prevent genuine users from logging into the system. If this happens to you, press F5 to refresh the login page and try again.
