Course Objectives

Demonstrate adequate technical
knowledge for the role.

Achieve competency in order to coordinate and manage welding related activities.

Direct and oversee the welding related tasks in accordance with ISO 3834.
Course Content
You will complete a three-day intensive classroom and workshop based training course. The course will cover welding processes, consumables, joint design, welding imperfections, inspection techniques, weld procedure qualifications, welding qualifications, quality control, record keeping, quality management systems and the duties of the responsible welding coordinator.
Suitable For
Managers, Supervisors and Quality Personnel who are ultimately responsible for the coordination of welding activities as detailed in EN ISO 14731 in order to support their company’s quality requirements under ISO 3834, and mandatory under EN1090 for structural fabricators.
Additionally, for individuals who are seeking career progression and professional development in welding management and quality control.
