Free carriage on UK mainland orders over £150 exc VAT (under 25kg). Larger, heavier or offshore deliveries are quoted up front — so you always know the cost before you commit.
On orders over £150 exc VAT and under 25kg — the standard service, at our discretion.
Most UK mainland orders ship on a next-day service once placed.
We make reasonable efforts to meet requested dates, but they can't be guaranteed.
Items over ~25kg and pallet deliveries are quoted before we ship — no surprises.
UK mainland only — excluding the Scottish Highlands (see exceptions).
We'll always let you know of any additional carriage before your order goes out.
The Scottish Highlands, offshore UK islands and Northern Ireland fall outside our normal carriage-paid rates — price on request. Additional charges may apply to these postcode areas:
3.1 Delivery dates. WWS will make reasonable efforts to meet specified delivery dates; however, such dates are estimates only.
3.2 Non-delivery. WWS's liability for non-delivery is limited to providing replacements or issuing a credit note for the undelivered goods.
3.3 Exceptions. Some items may be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size — usually items over 25kg; we'll advise any additional carriage prior to shipping. Delivery outside UK mainland (including the Scottish Highlands, all islands and Northern Ireland) is not included in our usual carriage-paid rates and is subject to additional carriage costs.
