This is a two-stage, two-gauge regulator with an extended side-entry valve that steps down the pressurised contents of a compressed gas cylinder to a pressure suitable for Oxy/Acetylene cutting and welding or Argon/CO2 shielded MIG/TIG welding. It fits cylinders with vertical outlet valves, with the two gauges displaying bottle contents and output pressure, set via the dial. Maximum outlet pressure is 10 bar.

It is a CO2 regulator, commonly used with CO2 shielding gas for MIG welding, stepping the cylinder contents down to a usable working pressure.
The maximum outlet pressure is 10 bar, controlled by the dial on the regulator.
One gauge shows the cylinder (bottle) contents and the other shows the output pressure you have set.
It has a bottom entry connection with an extended side entry valve, and is designed to fit cylinders with vertical outlet valves.
It is a two-stage two-gauge regulator, stepping the pressure down in two stages for a steadier outlet pressure.
