The Weldability range of fitted hoses and hose sets are complete, ready-made gas-hose solutions, which remove the need for time-consuming hose nut, tail and check-valve attachment. They are manufactured to a level of quality beyond that achievable when manually constructed by hand The inclusion of high compression fittings at each end of the hose ensures reliable, gas-tight connections to the hose check valve at the regulator end and hose-tail / hose-nut configuration at the torch end.

It is a fitted acetylene hose for oxy-fuel gas welding, cutting and brazing set-ups. The red colour identifies it as an acetylene (fuel gas) line.
No. It is supplied as a complete, ready-made hose with high compression fittings already attached at both ends, so there is no time-consuming nut, tail and check-valve assembly by hand.
It comes in hose lengths of 5m, 10m, 20m and 30m, with bore diameters of 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. Choose the combination that suits your reach and gas flow.
It is configured with 3/8" and 1/4" safety check valves, connecting to the check valve at the regulator end and a hose-tail / hose-nut arrangement at the torch end.
The factory-fitted high compression connections give reliable, gas-tight joints and are made to a standard beyond what is achievable assembling by hand, saving fitting time and reducing leak risk.
