CEPRO Hercules is a fibreglass welding blanket with a grey flame-retardant PU coating for anti-slip and anti-fray performance, further enhanced with an inorganic treatment for greater short-term extreme-temperature resistance. With a maximum application temperature of 750°C and short-term resistance up to 900°C, it is ideal for horizontal use in demanding, high-heat welding environments.

CEPRO Cepro Hercules Welding Blanket Range, PU-Coated 750°C
It's a premium-duty blanket for high-temperature applications, offering fire resistance and durability to protect surfaces and surroundings from heat, sparks and spatter during welding.
It has a maximum application temperature of 750°C, with short-term resistance up to 900°C. It's intended for horizontal use where high heat exposure is a concern.
It's made from texturized fibreglass cloth with a 2-sided PU coating. The grey flame-retardant coating improves anti-slip properties and resistance to fraying, and an inorganic treatment helps it cope with short-term extreme temperatures.
The blanket is classified A2, S1, D0 to EN 13501-1.
Options range from 100 x 100 cm up to 400 x 400 cm, plus 100 cm wide part rolls and full 25 m rolls, with a cut-to-size option for bespoke requirements.
