It is made from quality silica fibres and tolerates temperatures up to 1300°C for short periods, giving exceptional thermal protection in high-temperature welding and grinding applications.
It is designed for horizontal use in environments where temperatures reach up to 1300°C for short periods. This makes it well suited to catching hot spatter and debris on horizontal surfaces.
Yes, the Leto blanket is environmentally friendly and completely free of asbestos. It is treated with a mineral-based finish that enhances its abrasion and fray resistance.
It is classified A1 to EN 13501-1 and weighs 600g/m². The A1 rating reflects its high-performance non-combustible construction.
Leto is available in panels including 100x90cm, 200x90cm, 200x180cm, 300x180cm and 300x270cm, plus 90cm wide rolls (part roll per metre or 50m roll) and a cut-to-size option.
