The HPC Fibre Laser Welding Double Wire Feeder is a dual-wire feed system for fibre laser welding, allowing operators to feed two wires simultaneously or independently for higher fill rates, better gap bridging, alloy blending and more efficient buildup. It suits heavy-duty welding, cladding, repair work, and robotic or automated production lines, and supports wire sizes from 0.8mm to 2.5mm across stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, nickel alloys and hardfacing wires. Built with a sturdy motor system, precision-machined rollers and a quick-change roller mechanism, it delivers smooth, stable wire delivery and works with most fibre laser welding systems in handheld or automated applications.
