Flawtek is a three-part dye penetrant inspection system that exposes cracks and flaws in a finished weld within 10-20 minutes. Used in sequence, the cleaner removes surface residue, the penetrant seeps into any cracks present, and the developer turns the penetrant pink to clearly highlight problem areas. Leave each stage for 10-20 minutes for best results.

It's the first step of the three-part Flawtek weld inspection system. The cleaner removes residue from the finished weld so the penetrant can work effectively.
Used in sequence, the cleaner removes residue, the penetrant seeps into any cracks, and the developer turns the penetrant pink to clearly reveal problem areas, exposing flaws in just 10-20 minutes.
For crack detection you use all three parts in sequence: cleaner, penetrant and developer. The cleaner alone prepares the surface but the system is designed to be used together.
The Flawtek Cleaner comes in a 400ml can.
Use the system in sequence and leave it for 10 to 20 minutes for best results.
