FUMEX PR EXC/EXD is an external mounted hose extraction arm built for workplaces requiring safe handling of explosive gases and dust, sharing the same unique features and design as the standard PR range. It's available as the PR EXC, with black chemical-resistant PE hose, or the PR EXD, with semi-transparent white PU hose for dust-related pollutants.

Fumex Options Fumex PR EXD ATEX Arm — Dust, 125mm x 2m, PU Hose
It is built for workplaces that require safe handling of explosive gases and dust. It shares the same design as the standard PR arm but has a grounded structure and meets the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU Category 2 requirements for gases and dust.
The PR EXD version is supplied with a semi-transparent white PU hose intended for dust-related pollutants. (The alternative EXC version uses a black chemical-resistant PE hose.)
Choose the EXD for dust-related pollutants, as it uses a PU hose suited to dust; the EXC version, with its chemical-resistant PE hose, is aimed at chemical and corrosive applications. If you are unsure, our team can help you match it to your process.
It is available in arm diameters of 100, 125, 160 and 200mm, and in arm lengths of 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 and 7000mm (1.5m up to 7m).
It is designed to meet the requirements of the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU Category 2 for gases and dust, which is why it uses a grounded structure. Always confirm it matches the specific zone classification of your workplace.
