Blanking Plug Nut, RH/LH — 3/8in & 1/4in
They hold a blanking plug in place, which allows gas equipment such as a regulator to be inspected and leak-tested without gas escaping at the outlet connection.
They come in 3/8in and 1/4in fittings, in both right-hand and left-hand thread directions.
Thread direction must match the fitting on your equipment. Check whether your connection is right-hand or left-hand before ordering.
The nut holds the blanking plug in place, so you will need the matching plug for leak testing.
