The ProtectoTwin is a twin-port, high-pressure turbine fume extractor with infinitely adjustable speed control, designed to extract and filter metal particulate fume created by welding processes. Its dual-port design allows local extraction via a hood and torch extraction from a single unit, supplied with a 2.5m hose and magnetic foot welding nozzle. It is fitted with a BIA M filter cartridge that filters hazardous substances to more than 99 per cent efficiency, cleanable manually or automatically with compressed air for long filter life, with particles collected in a removable dust collection drawer. Mounted on castors at 25kg, it operates from a 230V mains supply.
