The 312 Economy Stainless Steel Electrodes 3.2mm – 2kg VP (STANVAC) are designed for welding dissimilar steels, hard-to-weld steels, and materials with unknown composition. Manufactured to the AWS A5.4 E312-16 classification, these electrodes produce a high-strength, crack-resistant weld deposit.

The high alloy content provides excellent resistance to cracking and dilution, making these electrodes well suited to repair work, maintenance, and joining stainless steel to carbon or alloy steels. Supplied vacuum packed (VP) to protect against moisture, they are suitable for AC and DC welding applications.
