The Viper is a compact TIG control unit that independently manages welding current from virtually any DC power source, without needing auxiliary or control cables. It operates directly from the open-circuit voltage (40-100V) of DC power sources such as petrol or diesel generators, rectifiers and inverters, suiting both site work and workshop applications. Compatible with one-piece and two-piece TIG torches, it provides variable current adjustment, arc initiation control, adjustable slope up/down, variable post-gas timing, torch switch latching, an integrated argon flow meter and a digital display. Lightweight and portable, it is ideal for welders needing TIG capability from an existing DC power source, particularly in mobile, site-based or generator-powered environments.
