FUMEX MET is a tubed hose extraction arm for ceiling or wall mounting (bracket excluded), using the same unique joint and attachment design as the MEB/MEBC range for a very low pressure drop. The standard (STD) version suits most airborne contaminants, with PP, ESD and ATEX variants also available. It comes in a range of lengths for installation in ceilings, walls or table tops, across three tube dimensions offering different recommended air flows to suit the application.

It's a Fumex MET tubed hose extraction arm for ceiling or wall mounting, capturing airborne pollutants at source in laboratory applications. Its joint design gives a very low pressure drop for efficient extraction. Note the bracket is not included.
The MET comes in 50, 75 and 100mm tube diameters, with a wide range of arm lengths from 650mm up to 2650mm and either two or three joints.
Recommended air flows are 70 m³/h for 50mm, 120 m³/h for 75mm and 300 m³/h for the 100mm tube, so you can match extraction to the tube dimension.
No. The MET is supplied excluding the bracket, as noted in its description, so you'll need to specify the appropriate ceiling or wall bracket separately.
Yes. Besides the standard (STD) design, the MET is available in PP, ESD and ATEX versions for chemical resistance, static-sensitive areas or hazardous-area requirements.
