A gas fluxer unit that absorbs specially formulated gas flux into the flame during welding or brazing, improving weld quality on brass or mild steel with silicon bronze — a bright green flame confirms the flux is present in the flame. The unit is fitted with a removable filling tank for easy topping up and can be connected to the acetylene hose, with Teflon-coated tanks included. It is designed for one-operator maintenance, regulation and refilling, supports 1–2 torches, is compatible with all fuel gases, has a maximum fuel gas pressure of 15 P.S.I.G, and a working capacity of 60 CFH.
