The ProtectoXtra is a mobile extraction system for filtration of particulate fumes and dust, built around a cleanable, reusable PTFE cartridge filter for improved economic operation. It is supplied with a 3 metre extraction arm and hose with external joints, delivering air movement of 2200 m³/h, with the PTFE cartridge filter already installed. The unit weighs 170kg and is mounted on swivel casters for manoeuvrability around the workshop.

It is a mobile extraction system for filtering particulate fumes and dust, using a cleanable, reusable PTFE cartridge filter for more economical operation. It weighs 170kg and is supplied on swivel castors.
It is supplied with a 3-metre extraction arm and hose with external joints, and the PTFE cartridge filter comes already installed. Arm lengths of 3m and 4m are listed.
The unit is rated for 110/230V, so it can be used across sites with different supply voltages.
The specification lists MIG, TIG, OxyAce, plasma and grinding steel applications, at a Class W3 filter efficiency.
It provides a volume flow of 1200m³/hr from a 1.1kW motor, with a noise level of 72 dB(A) and a 150mm hose diameter. It uses the EXTLEVCART cartridge, with a 3-5 year filter life depending on use.
