As technology advances, the demand for knowledgeable, highly skilled welders continues to grow.

Is welding becoming more skilled or more automated? I think it's a bit of both because the automated side of it is picking up the boring day-to-day, repetitive side of it, the long runs, things like that. You have to have the skills and knowledge to be able to master the advanced processes and put those in place.

I think it is a bit of both.
