What advice would I give to someone wanting to start working in this industry? I think if you can get a little bit of knowledge on the industry and learn the basics of the different processes, that would enable you to advise customers a little bit better. Also, I think I would suggest learning some of the terminology because that would also help when you're speaking to welders and anyone coming to you to purchase products, etc.
I think that would all be helpful.
